Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff-to-client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.
We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to join our team at our new location, Monte Nido Rockland located in New City, NY.
This residential program will support up to 14 adults who are working toward recovery from an eating disorder.
Responsibilities Include:

Assist the Clinical Director in oversight of the program and management of the milieu Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff and support to the multidisciplinary treatment team Provide individual, group, and family therapy Conduct clinical assessments Participate in discharge and aftercare planning Model healthy relationship with food when working during facility meal times
Qualifications:
:
Master's degree in a clinical counseling discipline (e.
g.
, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling) Licensed in a clinical counseling field (e.
g.
LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW) One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferred Prior experience treating individuals eating disorders in a residential or hospital setting helpful Experience with employee selection and performance management is a plus Our benefits are excellent and include paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, company-paid life and disability insurance, great medical and dental plan choices, vision, and many other insurance options to meet the needs of you and your loved ones.
