Ideal candidate would have previous experience working in an outpatient office setting performing both front office as well as patient care.
A passion for the elderly population is a must! Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Obtain vitals and other intake information as appropriate Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection and process appropriately Perform COVID testing Maintain supplies, inventory and exam rooms Assist provider before, during and after patient encounter within scope of practice Front office tasks as needed Patient Care Coordination (Chronic Care Management)
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Associates degree or higher preferred Certified Medical Assistant preferred but not required Minimum 1 year of previous healthcare experience.
Phlebotomy experience Knowledge of eclinicalworks storngly preferred.
Position will cover 2 Assisted Living Facilities in the county working in an out patient provider office located inside the facility.
Schedule is 4-5 days per week (24-28 hours).
