You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be customer service-oriented, have previous experience working in retail and possess cashiering skills.
Candidates must also be effective communicators and must possess the ability to both work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow merchandising procedures Adhere to company scheduling and attendance rules Work efficiently independently and as a team member Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Collect payments Inform customers about new products and services Provide attentive customer service.
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Enter customer data into the computer system.
Follow procedures for resolving problems.
Understand public relations strategies.
