Responsibilities:
Organize paperwork that comes in the mail Keep employees in compliance and up to date with documentation such as medicals, inservice, health assesments, etc.
Assist in company-wide notices for the caregivers Hire applicants and making sure you get them processed to work quickly and efficiently Help screen phone calls that come into the office Keep up with CDC guidelines for the caregivers
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with the caregivers Kind person to all employees Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Work for A&T Healthcare?
