Accounts Receivable Deduction Analyst

Our client, a healthcare solutions provider is seeking an Accounts Receivable Deduction Analyst to join the corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $55k/year + Bonus
Position Overview: The Accounts Receivable Deduction Analyst will play a crucial role within the Accounts Receivable team. Reporting into the Director of Financial Services, this position will help collect on past due amounts, as well as handle deductions discounts to customers.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Deduction Analyst:

  • Meet company goals in conjunction with deduction resolution
  • Assist in ME close
  • Process A/R JE's, reconcile balances
  • Interact with customers (internal/external) to facilitate action plans for customer deductions
  • Provide back up support for Collections

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Deduction Analyst:

  • 3+ years of corporate Accounts Receivable w/ large volume Customer Deductions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (pivots, vlookups, advanced formulas)

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/ GED

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
